The Story of the Fanfaron

Ralph Holstein is the Chef at the Fanfaron. A real foody, he only uses fresh ingredients and refuses to make and freeze dishes to serve later. In the morning there are no vans delivering pre-prepared dishes.

Ralph took over the restaurant in February 2016, having worked at the Hotel de France in Auch and at Tommy’s in Labege, he was attracted to the Fanfaron because it has a beautiful personality, with a chimney in the cold weather and a quiet patio for the warmer months. The kitchen is visible to the customers and even the room where the dishes are washed can be seen as you walk to the patio.
